Hours Per Week 40 (but can be flexible)
Salary Dependant on experience
Description Manchester International Football Academy is looking for an energetic individual to carry out day to day administration and marketing tasks within the organisation. Additionally we would like the individual to continue the development of our successful education programme (City and Guilds Level 2). This is an opportunity that would suit a highly motivated individual looking for a career in business, education or sport.
Essentials • Good timekeeping
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• GCSE Maths and English; minimum Grade B and above or equivalent
• Intermediate or better computer ability
• Confident and effective communication skills
• Common sense, initiative and willingness to take ownership of problems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to adapt as required
• Interest in modern social media and marketing
• Self starter and good organisational skills
• Confidence in working as an individual or as a team
• Previous administration experience
Desirables • Educated to A-Level or Degree Level
Duties and Responsibilities • Dealing with telephone and E-mail enquiries
• Keeping internal player management systems up to date
• First point of contact in office for players, staff and any external associates
• Administration of MIFA education programme
• Management of team diaries
• Coordinating with sports facilities
• Creating meeting packs
• Managing daily post
• Marketing of training and study programmes
• Processing expenses claims
• Keeping website and social media accounts up to date
• Sales and lead generation
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key agents, clients and other associates
• Dealing with all applicants for the academy, both national and international
• Additional duties as required
