MIFA players took part in a two hour Rugby session delivered by Rugby coach Mark Purvis. The session allowed the players to study the different disciplines within the sport, hopefully enabling them to use in the future when on the football field. 

Mark commented on the enthusiasm of the players saying "what a good group of lads, they really worked hard and seemed to enjoy the session".

MIFA is always looking at providing opportunities for its players and it was great to see the engagement from the entire team, added Academy Manager Chris Mason who oversaw the session. 

The academy is looking forward towards the next few months with the diary filled with more games, training camps, Trial Days and our trip to Portugal in May.
