Education and Training Programmes

MIFA understands the importance of education and equipping yourself with qualifications for your future. As an academy we use football as a vehicle for education, therefore all qualifications are integrated into a full time football training schedule.

We offer recognised qualifications in Sport and Public Services with English and Maths skills. Our courses range from a Level 2 up to a Foundation Degree. Enquire today to find out which programme you are eligible for.

Our educational programmes are funded for UK residents.

The programme shall consist of multiple projects held throughout the year, centred around Public Services topics, sport and football.

Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport

This qualification in Sport is a two year course, which is a more indepth look at the sporting industry from the Level 2 certificate in Sport. The course is run alongside full time football training, with classroom sessions incorporated into the programme. The course is equivalent to British A Levels and upon successful completion, is recognised for University entry.

The qualification is for learners who wish to develop their skills and knowledge for working in the sport sector. Learners could seek employment in the sector directly after achieving the qualification, or could progress to an undergraduate degree at college or university and then onto employment.
