This week, Manchester International Football Academy has been handing out awards to those who have worked fantastically hard and progressed well in their time at the academy.

The most improved player of the month award was given to Raj Aryan for his budding attitude towards improving his game mentally and physically. Raj is one of the most committed players at the academy, ensuring he is always on time and making use of the coaching staff at MIFA, sometimes staying late to improve certain aspects of his game in one-to-one sessions with the coaches.

Two more awards were given to Mohammed Munye and Kauan Vignoli for their tremendous improvements both on and off the pitch. Mo has improved dramatically in the past month or two, in particular with his confidence and his attitude towards his education. Kauan has made great strides in his English language during his time at MIFA, whilst his attendance and his work in class have been outstanding.

These awards are a great way to show the players and staff at MIFA the appreciation they deserve for their hard work that they put in week in, week out. It’s certainly been a good month for MIFA and we hope that the academy moves forward together in its desire to be better!
