Introducing our new Online Professional Training Programme

Develop your football skills, receive professional advice, and take your football to the next level. All from the convenience of your own home!

Whether you`re preparing for a programme at MIFA, getting ready for a trial, or wanting to experience a taste of the academy- this is for you. Our Online Professional Training Programme will include MIFA’s intense training sessions, nutritional advice, fitness programmes, weekly consultations with our professional coaches and match analysis. Giving you an all enriching programme and allowing you to train like a pro. 

Select a programme from 2 - 4 weeks, all you need is a football and a willinessing to learn! 

Includes: 

• 5 football training sessions per week

• Consultation each week with a MIFA professional football coach.  

• Nutritional advice and suggestions 

• Fitness training programmes 

• Prehabilitation programmes

• Match analysis task

• Food recipes and ideas

Extra info: 

At the start of each week, you shall receive your training session plan for the week and your allocated consultation time. If you require contact with MIFA staff outside of this time, questions can be answered via telephone, email and Whatsapp when available to do so. 

All our MIFA staff are FA qualified coaches and specialists in their field- who also all currently work within professional football clubs.
